Creative spark seen as schools race to victory

SCHOOLS at Camborne and Hayle took top prizes as more than 1,500 students gathered at Newquay airport to see who could build the best electric car.

The annual Cornwall College South West regional heat of the Greenpower electric car races challenged schools to design and build their own vehicles.
