Abuja — FOUNDER, Noble Hall Leadership Academy for Girls, Abuja, Mrs. Mariam Mutallab Duba, says educating the girl-child and providing her with the required knowledge and life skills, alongside strong family values were critical factors in driving change and transforming any given society.
